Centering rear axle after lift

I finally got my Teraflex 2.5" coil lift installed, took wayyyyy longer than expected, but I got it done!

Now I'm in the process of tightening and torquing the bolts.

Upon going to re-install the rear track bar, I'm unable to get it on as the driver side hole over shoots the bracket by almost an inch.
The passenger side tire is sticking out of the wheel well way more than on the driver side, so obviously things are way off center.

What do I need to do to get things centered so I can finish this puppy up!?

Thanks!

A TB for the rear will fix it...it's unusual for installing a 2.5" lift, but any lift can throw your axle outta whack. If it's visibly so, as it seems to be, then you need an adjustable rear track bar.

In the meantime, have someone push sideways on the body (bumper) in order to get things lined up.

Or, you could use a ratchet strap.

Mine is visibly off from just the 1" lift in the rear from a TF spacer leveling kit.

Your 2.5" kit didn't come with a trackbar bracket? Use the top hole, that should re-center the rear axle. You'll need someone to push the body over or use a ratchet strap to get it lined up.

See posts #3 and #5...that should do the job for you, with bolts loosened.

EDIT: Oops...just realized I'm giving you your own advice. Oh well.

It did come with the bracket, at the moment I'm having trouble getting the driver side track bar to fit into that bracket, the space is a little too small....I'll try to hammer it in.

Once I have it in, I'll find someone to push on the body for me....I've been doing all of this alone so far.

Thanks!

You need someone to push on the body BEFORE you get it in.

I want the track bar completely off before the body is pushed?
I was able to get it into the bracket on the drivers side. Now I just need that push and hopefully ill be able to bolt it up on the passenger side.
