I had the same exact issue with my 15 JKU. It was my negative terminal on the battery. My headlights would flicker and my brake light came on in addition to everything the OP has.
I had the same thing happen a few times. Someone told me about sensor under the middle console that can cause it to happen. Mine normally goes away after I turn the jeep off and back on.
Code c123c that's what mine threw when mine did it, dynamic sensor, its located between the console. Mine has done it twice and both times I got that same code. I just cleared it and went about my way. I may end up replacing the sensor eventually. The
Thank you all for the insights, took it to the dealer this morning and just got word back that they found a collapsed vacuum hose behind the motor. Still have to perform some more test after they replace the hose. Stand by, but I appreciate all the info thank you.
