For the plastic windows, I use Plexus. You can find it on Amazon.com. I think it works great.

As for car washes, I would only take it to a hand wash place. Even with a touch less, I wouldn't want their car wash soap all over my Premium OEM soft top. But some people have said I am a little too paranoid for my own good. :D

Bring a couple of your own microfiber towels with you and ask them to use them to dry the windows. They are safe to hand dry, you just have to use the microfiber towels to do it. :)

I used to use Plexus on my sport bikes and helmets - it's a great product. I've also had great luck with Optimum No Rinse. I had a chance to use it on some soft top windows this weekend and it did a great job... and smells better than Plexus. :D Plus I like being able to buy concentrate and get multiple uses out of the same product.

It usually ran about $15 at bike shops. It was pretty much the only product at the time that worked that well on plastics, which was especially important with visors. The aerosol/foaming is nice too.

However had Optimum NR been around then I would have used it instead. $18 for 32 oz concentrate that typically lasts me 2 years and I use it on nearly every surface, even in the house sometimes. :D

I was getting my oil changed at the dealer, and I asked the service desk if they sell something for the soft windows. They sell a Mopar soft window cleaner. It was less than 7 bucks a bottle and worked perfect. Wiped it on and off with a microfiber towel. It takes out small scratches and leaves the window perfectly clear.
