Get some neoprene seat covers.....My seats still look new(20000 miles) mud rain grease whatever I just pop off the seat covers and wash em.......best 300 bucks I ever spent..

"Yes" is a trade name for a seat material that is stain resistant and it is good stuff but

Ya have ta buy a Rubi or a Sahara to get the Yes seat fabric....Gary

I've got two kids and despite my "no food or drinks in the cars" rule, the cloth on the back seat gets really dirty. But the YES fabric cleans up as good as new. If your going with a soft top, I'm not sure I'd want leather. Gets HOT in the summer, cracks from the sun if it's not maintained properly, and just a real PITA for a Jeep.

do the neoprene covers shed water? I mean if I get caught in heavy rain with the top down can I just wipe them down and not get my pant wet when I get in? Of do they require the same day or so to dry out as stock cloth?

They dry pretty quick....I keep a towel handy ta sit on....Nothing has stained my seats yet tho...soda water beer whatever it just doest get thru...

and when the covers look ratty and stained ya pop em in the washer deklicate and drip dry em and they are good as new...gary

I have an 07 with the YES seating and they still look like new. Can beleive they would get a dingy look to them. Do you have a small steam cleaner? If so, I would give it a try. Or take it somewhere to get done.

The Neoprenes are the best. Dresses up the car, fully washable, and comfy. The Wey Okoles are the best. Multiple colors and accents to fit the design nicely.
