I know that I owe some picture, and I have not forgotten.

Took out the camera, ready to take pictures, and my battery died. I will try again tomorrow.

I posted some pictures of the McGard nuts earlier in this thread. They do not cover the area entirely, but its barely noticeable. I am happy with them.

I meant to ask you previously, where are you in KY? I lived in Richmond for some 7 years, and Lexington 4 years before that. Allergies, humidity and spiders aside, I miss KY.

You might want to check out posts #2168, 2174, 2183, and 2196 WillysGal. BlackandTan got his McGards shipped to him in a box with a Gorilla label and in the photos in these posts the Gorillas & McGards look very similar & some have wondered if they're the same product sold under separate brand names.

I'm happy with the Gorillas, but IMO you'll be happy with either & if you're more comfortable with the McGards based on past experience, the price difference will be forgotten in no time.

Also, I couldn't find the post, but I think somebody ordered the Gorillas with all 23 locking (as opposed to 18 regular & 5 locking) and had to return them because they were way smaller than originals.

I'm curious as to how ARWillys' Quadratec lugnuts compare & if they show any silver around the edges like the others.

Thanks very much! I think that's what I will order tomorrow. We are in Oldham County-- just north of Louisville on 71. Origmailly from Boston but this has been home for almost 21 years now! Despite the weather negatives, it's a great place to live.

I plan on keeping the stock wheels and tires for a while once I get my Granite Willys, but was curious if anyone's seen a teflon/grey wheel on a wrangler? Seems like it'd be a good match for the granite. Something along these lines: http://goo.gl/PvY8CQ

Just picked up my Bright White JKUWW! I only put 52 miles on it so far, but am thoroughly impressed with the way this Jeep feels and handles.

Just a few quick photos my brother snapped while I was showing it to everybody lol. Going from a Civic Si to a jeep sure is odd when you see the gas meter moving almost as fast as you're driving! Lol

I purchased McGard nuts and installed them this past weekend (my first mod). I have photos, you will not be disappointed if you get these. I got mine on amazon which had the best deal. The small "ring" is barely noticeable. I will post a photo later.

I haven't noticed the ring since the day I put them on. I doubt anyone else has noticed it at all.

New Willys Owner. Had been on the fence different combos, decided on this one today, close enough to what I was looking for, born this month 4-14 build, copperhead, auto, hardtop, ac. Focused on getting the trail kit and looks like I got stiffed on the grab handles, will check on that tomorrow.

Am I suppose to get rear slush or just front on the two door?

Are the fender flares on these black or gray? I've seen pics of some and can't tell if the sunlight is making them look gray.

Awesome color and great looking Willys, congrats! I am not 100% certain but I believe we only get the matching slush mats up front but not the back. Someone else can chime in though and confirm.

Slush on the front mats only.

My grab handles were in the glove compartment along with the license plate screws and top velcro.

That's the cargo mat. It isn't so much "slush" as just rubber backed. They were talking about the slush mat for the back seat. Does not come with the JK only the JKU.

I'm almost positive that the JKWW automatic transmission shifter knob has a real leather wrap like the steering wheel but the manual transmission shifter knob is vinyl like the 4 WD transfer case shifter knob on all JKs.

Thanks, that is where it was, didn't think to even look there as its so tiny, barely fits the jeep manual, which I guess can go in the center console and the paperwork.

I like the Jeep a lot so far, notice some minor blems in the paint on the hood, guess that is why they are updating the paint process but I didn't expect Mercedes Benz paint on this Jeep anyways, though my Silverado had the best factory paint job I've ever seen, even better than my Audi.

The only other things I notice was the windshield on the driver side down near the edge looked chipped but its internal, hopefully this isn't going to turn into a crack later.

Maybe someone can chime in on the windshield and the seals for the hardtop, they look funky to me, maybe I just need to take them out and reposition them, it was rainy and dark couldn't see much yesterday here.

Love the ride, its def rougher than my TJ, much more controlled though, cant imagine what the 4.10's feel like, it feels strong down low, glad I punted on the loaded Rubicon JKU X it was awesome but I couldn't justify spending 13k+ more, have the civic for my DD and the Willys is my weekend/nice weather toy!

Another new WW owner here. I placed my order for a hydro blue WW unlimited yesterday. Now we wait...

Dealer price was more than it seems most paid on here, oh well; I shopped 4 different dealers and none seemed to want to come close to the deals posted here. I will get the Jeep I wanted, alas the heated seats are not an option on the WW.

Where in Richmond did you live? That's where I am. The pollen is killer here, left my top down overnight outside and the entire interior of my Jeep is covered.

Congrats. Yes, 2 doors just get the front mats. Seems kinda silly to me, but you're better off with after market ones anyway.

Congrats! If you paid a few bucks more than some of is here it's not a big deal! You'll quickly forget about it when you're out enjoying your Jeep. It's not a contest on who can get the lowest price, it's a contest of who can have the most fun with their Jeep!

Heated seats are a fairly simple after market add-on. I think someone here added them???

I know, I am just glad to have the car somewhere in the process of being in my driveway.

I will have some time to research the heated seats before needing them, the side airbags change the install I imagine.

There are only three on the spare mount anyway. Two regular, one lock.
