Cold Air Intake and Muffler/Exhaust Advice?

I am considering adding a cold air intake and a new muffler to my 2017 JKU. I am not looking to increase power or mileage (although not opposed to that). I just want to change the sound to a deeper rumble. Not so much louder...just deeper. I also just plain like the looks of a dual black exhaust better.

Has anyone found any downside to adding a cold air intake? Any water issues?

These are the parts I am considering, but I am open to suggestions.

I am not sure how they can call that a Cold Air intake when the intake is still under the hood sucking hot air.
I went with the Ingen Cold air intake with the ram scoop on the outside just above the fender flair. Made a nice improvement on the throttle response.
Before I put on the Ram Air Scoop it did make a nice rumble sound.
The ram scoop is interchangeable with their snorkel.

I personally would not do the air intake as too many warranty horror stories. I also would not run an exhaust like that if you have any desires to go off road. I can see those being flattened on the first outing. they do look nice tho if just a street driven jeep and nothing wrong with that. If going offroad consider a high tuck muffler

Do not buy a CAI if you are doing any offroading whatsoever. Get an AEV Snorkel and a QuietCrawler exhaust. The Snorkel will significantly lower the temps of your air intake as you go over 20 mph and you will not have to filter out grimy dirty air from your filter.
