I have a CAI on my jeep and just got a superchip flashpaq this past weekend. I ran the 87 octane tune on it and I haven't noticed a significant change but haven't taken it offroad yet either. I'm curious to see if I'm getting any better gas mileage.

I have a Superchip and Banks Power CAI and I have my superchip set on mileage xl setting and I get 19.5 mpg avg and the power is still good but it's not near like running the performance setting I had all the power I ever needed but I'm not really gonna buy the high octane gas for the extra power when I'm not needing it and I got 17.5 on that setting. But also I'm running E3 sparks and high performance wires that r much lager than the stock, you buy this set sparks and wires for about $60 at O Rally's auto parts and the wires have a life time warranty so u will never buy another set of wires and the sparks have a 100000 mile warranty.
