Compass Calibration 2010 MANUAL

All:

I have tried and tried to no avail to get my Wrangler compass calibrated. Done everything by the book and cannot get it in calibration mode.

Is there a trick to doing it with a manual trans or something that was left out of the owners manual?

Thanks!

If there is a "CAL" in the display that keeps flashing then you have to find an open parking lot away from any cell towers etc. Turn the wheel all the way to the left(that's what I do) and drive in a circle at low speed until the "CAL" disappears. Last time I did one I think I made 3 complete circles.

Does it know that it is out of cal and maybe goes into cal by itself?
