conected sway bar flexing?

So I have a 3" suspension lift and I had the sway bar disconected for this...

How much more would I be able to flex with the set up?
Also if my swsay bar was connected how much flex would u get?

Looks like you reached close to your max in the photo. But the amt of flex will depend on a few things such as; (bumpstop, shock and brake line length) and tire size (rubbing on fenders).

Front Sway bar disco'ed makes a big difference for stabilization in off-cambered situations! If the sway bar is connected in your exact situation you would have 1 or 2 wheels in the air and only 2-3 in contact with the ground vs. all 4 on the ground being disco'ed.
