Cost to repair damage?

Hello everyone!

I'm in the market for a used JK, and found one for a decent price. However, it has some right rear damage. Does anyone have an idea as to how much this might cost to repair? Sorry this is the best picture I have.

Thank you all.

Have a mechanic inspect it before you purchase it. If it's just body damage it shouldn't cost too much, but it's a good reason to upgrade to an aftermarket quater panel that's made of solid steel anyways. Something like this: AEV / Nth Degree 10303014AA - AEV Rear Corner Guard Kit for 07-11 Jeep® Wrangler Unlimited JK 4 Door - Quadratec

Based on the pic I would look into corner guards. Of course you need to seal the damaged area so rust doest not appear. They cost @ $300. PLus some minor body work.. I would guess less than 500 when all is said and done.

Those corner guards are a good idea, but the damage isn't confined to just the corner, it's also just above the fender too.

They make full corner side guards as well. How good of deal on this jeep are you getting?

It's a 2007 Sahara with 52k miles for $17,000. Aside from the minor damage it's in great shape. Sound like a good price?

Check edmunds.com and NADA.com and KBB.com for pricing in your area.
