Couple of tire questions...

I bought a used 07 that came originally with 225/75/16 wheels. I worked a deal with the dealer and he swapped out the wheels/tires for another 07 on the lot, these are the aluminum 16's with 245/75 tires.
What do the 245/75/16's equate to? 29? 30? 31? I guess I could use a tape measure but thought someone might know off hand. I'm looking at ordering a spare tire cover and they don't list the size as the tires do.

Also, would this tire change have an effect on the speedometer?

Thanks, D

There are other ways to correctit, but check with the dealer first, or use your GPS for mile check !

245/75/16 are 30.5" inches and your original 225/75/16 tires were 29" inches.

Thanks for the help!
So 30 or 31 for the spare tire cover?
How does the dealer correct the speedo error with a tire change size?
