crackling noise

Anybody have any idea where this noise is coming from?

Every time I turn to park in a spot or even sometimes in neutral
it happens most the time when turing the wheels

Its coming from the passenger side behind glove box

Horrible service dept in manhattan tried fixing a water leak and messed with the fire wall and put some dum dum in it to stop the leaking.

Every since then it started making the noise.

Brought it to another place in brooklyn but they didn't fix the problem

any ideas?

Rubbing the air dam? Only thing I can think of based on your description. Especially if you've upsized tires on stock wheels and its a more aggressive tread design.

They still chopping the fender walls to fix with the break line issue?
Old news I know but my 07's have been cut. I've had to secure with wire to keep in place from fluttering and making noise.
