Hey sorry if this has been covered but I'm trying to get at the back of my RER mygig and can't figure out how to remove the bezel for the center dash on my 09 JK. Do I just pull? Or is there a bolt or tab somewhere? Thanks!

Ok top panel removal I figured out. Just yanked up on it. Probably best in the future to pry from the side closest to the windshield.

Then remove the two bolts from the top of the face.

Now what about the bottom? Can't seem to find any other panel to yank off yet.

First you take off the top panel.

Then you take off the very bottom panel with the netting. Just give the netting a good tug. It's held on my 4 clips.

Then you have 4 screws holding in the large center bezel.

After that you should be able to reach the screws for the radio. If you need more room, you'll need to disconect the power window switch wires. If that doesn't give you enough room, you'll need to remove the climate control panel. I removed the 4 screws holding that on, but you can probably just remove the cable that go to the fans. The only thing holding it on after that is the power plugs (cigarette lighter thingys)

After seeing this thread and removing my MYGIG which took about 5 min and only required a screwdriver and socket wrench. My next question is How do you secure your radio with your top off? After market products available? (maybe a new thread. ?)

This product from Tuffy would do the trick.

Note that while I don't personally own this product, I'm familiar with Tuffy and their other products are top notch!
