I just bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Dave Smith Motors in Kellogg, ID.
Hydro Blue
Hard Rock Edition

Has anyone felt with this dealership before?
I have read both good and bad reviews but their price was far better than any dealership in Nevada.

I hear their ad's on the radio constantly. What do you care how they are as a dealer, you're going to do what matters (service) at your local dealer.
The deal is the deal. I've bought cars from dealers and never even met them.
FedEx the P-Work and trailer the car.
It's all about the $$

Congrats.

Plenty of people from northern Nevada buy from Dave Smith but probably more buy Ram trucks, than jeeps. Their prices are good but shipping or travel expenses up there to pick it up can add up. I was able to get a slightly better deal than the "friends and family" price locally so did not bite on their unit. Dave Smith Motors is big with Oregon and Washington folks who do not have to travel so far to pick up their vehicle.
Have fun with your new toy.

I bought one from them for USAA pricing on a 2012 JKR, but I was also able to get USAA pricing from a local dealer on a 2013 JKUR that I traded for. I am kind of surprised anyone would need to come from Nevada all the way to north Idaho to get a Jeep at a good price???

You already bought it. Who cares about the dealer! Enjoy it and don't look back. Hydro Blue kicks ass!

I knew dozens of people who bought from DSM before I did- great experience. I didn't want their "gotta have it" aftermarket window tint, but they took "no" for an answer and that was the only upsell they tried. For the easiest transit, just fly to Spokane, and they'll pick you up for free (1 hour shuttle trip). Then it's just an easy cruise south to Nevada with the new rig!

Now that I remember....I think I got double charged for the window tinting...on both rigs. A salesman that lived in CdA helped drive home my wife's Sahara and he realized the tinting was missing. We stopped in to get it done on the way back to CdA. While we were waiting I realized they added the window tinting to the overall price and then showed it again as extras... So just really watch what they say and what goes on paper...

I requested quotes from DSM before I purchased my 2013 JKU. I received a couple of responses indicating I would be contacted with a price, but I never received the quote. Six or eight weeks later I purchased from another source. After my purchase, I received another email asking if I still needed the quote. I let them know I already purchased. I had never heard anything but positive comments, so I guess they did not want my business.

They didn't give me the trade-in deal I wanted when I traded in my 07 JKU for the 13 JKU... When I showed up to pick up my two JKU's the salesman said they were out on the lot. I found a JKU Sahara and a JK Rubicon. Went back in wondering where the JKU Rubicon was and the guy just gave me a blank stare. I was about ready to drive home with my wife's Sahara and taking my 07' Sahara home later, but another salesman was able to find a Rubi with the specs I wanted. So in the end I got what I wanted vehicle wise...Finance wise I got robbed....but I have two nice Rock Lobster JKU's in the garage right now...
