death wobbel please help

my buddy has a 2007 jk , he just put a 4 inch lift in it now he has the death wobbel , he never had it till he did the lift , he did not add a pitman arm or any part's , can you give me any resons why this is happening. thanks

Disconnect the control arms, shocks and track bars and put springs in?

Admittedly . . . the checklist could probably be redone as a flow chart in which all things point back to the front track bar . . . .
