debadging question

I've never taken decals off a vehicle before. Seems simple enough, but I wanted to know if you knew any secrets or tips? I'd like to remove my 'Rubicon' and 'Wrangler Unlimited' decals.

Thanks in advance

I didn't have a heat gun or a hair dryer so I just did it on a hot day and also used a hot moist rag. Not sure if the rag helped or not but it wasn't too hard. I just picked at it with my fingernail until there was enough to grab onto and peeled the rest off. Then some goo gone or wd40 or something to get any residue off.

The easiest way is to use a heat gun or blow dryer and an old credit card. Pick up a bottle of goo be gone for easy clean up.

FYI The Rubicon decal is pretty easy, but the wrangler/unlimited decals were harder to remove.

Just use your fingernail. No need for a heat gun or blow dryer. They come off easy. Once off, use goo gone to remove the remaining adhesive, wash and wax the area and then you are done
