There's a 32" Wheel & Tire Group option on the Sport which includes:

Feature: Off-road suspension
Heavy-duty springs, shock absorbers and related suspension components are designed to increase vehicle ground clearance and stability while driving over rough terrain.

I'm assuming if it's not ordered and someone put on bigger wheels and tires (the same as the Rubicon) on the stock Sport, it would still be lower owing to the softer springs and shocks simply by virtue of the weight of itself.
