Door Chime

I have a 2013 Rubicon with a manuel trans and sometime when I shut the vehicle off, remove the key and open the door a warning chime sounds until I close the door, put the key back in the ignition and switch it on and off again. Anyone else experience this??? What is the issue??? Oh, and by the way the owners manuel and DVD suck.
