door hinges

When I took off my doors I noticed those nylon bushings on the hinges look pretty worn out though the door opens and closes fine. They don't look easily replaceable. Anyone seeing this on theirs?
Also, does anyone know if it's ok to leave the securing nuts off the hinges when the doors are on?

Spray some white lithium grease on the hinges and it should be fine. I'm sure you don't have to have the screws. It just keeps somebody from getting some free doors very quickly.

I stopped by the dealer with the doors off and told them to take a look - for the hell of it. To my surprise they said they'll replace them. warranty covered - no questions asked. They do look pretty chewed up.
