Drake Hood Hold Downs with Bushwacker Flares

i just ordered my new 13 rubi a few weeks ago and i'm already buying stuff to mod it with. i've seen that the hood flutter gives alot of people issues and as i live in germany and drive on the autobahn almost daily i wanted to get the drake hold downs to remedy this. but i also seen that this doesnt work with the bushwacker fender flares and these are the ones i'm wanting to buy when i lift my jeep after i pcs next year. does anyone have any experience with this i dont want to waste 100 bucks on about 8 months of use

IDK that there is a problem with the two. I've got the BW flat flares and the Drake hood latches.......no problems!

alright i just wanted some real world answers i was about to buy them on quadratec and as a note it said will not work with bushwacker flares it didnt specify as to flat or pocket. i like the pocket style myself so i guess i'm going to go ahead and get them and then address the issue when i get my lift tires and flares

Did you have any luck with the pocket style and hood latches? That's the same build I'm looking at, and from what I can tell, those flares stick up more than the stock or flat bushwacker models.
