Draw On The Battery?

I have a '95 gc and yesterday I noticed the voltage on the dash was low, and when in reverse I've almost lost power multiple times and the RPM's drop far lower than they should. My cowerker has a '97 gc and has recently experienced the same thing. I replaced the battery less than 6 months ago. Any ideas about what's going down? Thanks.

Um, this is a Jeep WRANGLER forum.... You might get some help on a GC forum.
