Drive Shaft Squeak

Where in the heck can I look to rid myself of an annoying squeak in my power train?? When I shift from 1st to 2nd or 3rd I hear a little chirp, like a drive shaft seal or UV joint is needing a little grease. I have a 2010 Wrangler Sport, and will be taking the time to eliminate this problem very soon. Any suggestions as to what I should hit with the lube and spray grease would be appreciated and save me a lot of searching.

A good way to see if u-joints are bad is to grab both ends of the shaft with the u joint in between. Try twisting the shafts against each other. If the u-joint moves freely it's bad. Usually it's a clunk sound and not a chirp when drive shaft u-Joints are bad.
