Dumb fog light question

So I bought a used 2009 unlimited. I can't seem to get the fog lights in the bumper to work. Should they come on automatically with high or low beams? Or is there a switch that I am not seeing? If its broken I would like to have it fixed under warranty. Thanks

I'm not sure about the '09's but on my '13, you pull out on the end of the headlight control switch and the fogs come on.
