My first post!

I wouldn't. Rain-X is for glass. It has a mild acid that actually etches the glass to adhere its slick magic... Try Rejex. it is used on polycarbonate aircraft windows - among other things. Works great on motorcycle bodywork onroad and off! RejeX: Nothing Sticks but the Shine!

I work with motorcycles everyday and I know that if you use rain x on a mc windshield over a short period of time it will have a very negative effect on it. Look on the label and make sure it's safe for lexan. I would assume if it's lexan safe that it would be ok for jeep windows too.

X3!!!

I use Plexus on my Soft Top Windows. I used to use it on my bike windshield, and it's GREAT stuff!

Best of Luck!

Cheers!

Nay. Don't use it on your vinyl windows. It can cloud them.

Use dish soap and water, soft rag, keep them clean and you'll be fine.

If you want to do more, use something specifically designed for vinyl, such as Bestop Vinyl cleaner and protectant, or similar. I think that RainX may have a newer product designed for vinyl.

There are three sentences that most frequently come right after your phrase.

1. OK, hold my beer.
2. Call 911.
3. I'm not gonna tell his mom. You tell her.

Rain-X does have a plastic-safe product out, I think.
But many products that you use every day are not actually safe on plastic and will craze it.
