Emergency top help

How does this flap go. It has Velcro down the edge but it isn't long enough to go around door pillar. Could it be sewn in the wrong place maybe supposed to go around the roll bar.

It goes around your B Pillar when the doors are off. It's a pretty tight wrap. It is so tight that your doors wont close if on. When my doors are on, i don't use it, just shut the edge within the door on either side.
