Engine grounding strap?

So how mine has gotten broken guess when I did 1" body lift i might of broken it who knows. But can anyone tell me where the factory location is? Right now it is still connected to the side of the block but the end that goes to the frame or body is the end that broke and is hanging.

It connects to the passenger side of the engine block just behind the motor mount.
