EVIC system stopped working

I have a 2013 Sport with the Uconnect 130 radio. The EVIC system had stopped working. I cannot access the menus for mileage or make changes to my personal settings. The compass is working fine. I cannot make calls on uconnect because my buttons on the left side of the steering wheels have all stopped working. The bluetooth still works for calls but I must use the controls on my cell phone since all the controls for the phone functions on the Jeep don't work. The cruise control function buttons on the right side of the steering wheel still work fine. Thinking back I could swear that the function switches for the steering wheel EVIC buttons were back lit when the headlights were on. If that is the case they are now dark. With that in mind and if that is the case then my guess is a blown fuse somewhere. I looked through my Owner's Manual for info on which fuse handles the EVIC system and I did not see one listed. I am wondering if anyone has a guess where the problems is? Can anyone confirm if the steering wheel mounted control switches are back lit. The only change I made within the electrical system of the Jeep is when I replaced my dome light bulbs with two Putco LED light sticks for enhanced lighting. This problem did not appear until a week or so after that. I don't know if it's connected but I am mentioning it in case this helps with a diagnosis. I know I can take the Jeep to the dealer for a repair but if it's an easy fix I'll do it myself. Any help would be appreciated.

Take it to the dealer! It is still under warranty.

Blow the horn a few times and see if the EVIC buttons start working again. No joke.

I just tried the horn and it doesn't work either. I never thought to try that. I think tomorrow I will try to track down the fuse for the horn and check it out. Maybe that's where the problem is.

If the fuses are ok it could be a bad clock spring.

The fuses are listed on the inside of the cover for the fuse box (TIPM).

I looked at the fuse for the horn and it's OK. I guess I'll have to make an appointment for some warranty work.

I had my appointment today. It turned out that the problem was caused by a faulty EVIC switch. Apparently this faulty switch was the cause for all my symptoms. When they replaced it everything was corrected. I am good to go now.
