exhaust?

I just bought an 09 jku and I'm wondering what would be the best exhaust!!!(cat back axle back it don't matter) I would like a throaty sound when I hit the gas but a moderate noise at cruising speed. Note my jeep is manual so it may sound different right?

There is thread upon thread regarding exhausts. Do a search and you'll "exhaust" yourself reading them all. Also, do a Youtube search for JK exhausts and you can hear what they all sound like.

My advice:
Get a system/muffler that is stainless steel for a long life.
Most companies offer some type of limited lifetime warranty on their product.
Keep your stock system.
Try us first, why?

Not really. You'll get more performance from using a Flashpaq or other tuner than any exhaust, TB spacers, or CAI intake upgrades. I got mine to get rid of that keg Jeep puts as a stock muffler.

As Dynomax says, get a stainless one if you plan to upgrade.

I've actually heard all good about the dynomax exhaust. But I do need to replace the muffler because I use my ear to notice my shifts rather than my rpm gauge. What is the best system you make for the wrangler?

Here are a couple of our most popular ones we make!

Dual - 2.5" Axle-Back System - Super Turbo™ Muffler - P/N: 39528 - DynoMax® Performance Exhaust

These 2 systems above are about a 3-4 out of 10.

Single - 2.5" Cat-Back System - Ultra Flo™ Polished Muffler - P/N: 39459 - DynoMax® Performance Exhaust

This is about a 5-6 out of 10.
