Exhaust and Intake

I am thinking about getting cat-back exhaust and an intake system for my JK, any advice? I really don't want anything terribly loud as far as the exhaust goes.

As for the intake use the aFe intake. It has the highest PROVEN dyno results of all the intakes. Plus it sounds COOL too... As for the Exhaust the magnaflow is a pretty good set up, but the Flowmaster sounds good too. Just be known, that it WILL sound like a Pontiac Grand Prix after you do exhaust..... The exhaust on the JK models is a really good design, and there is not alot of HP to be found there. I suggest GEARS. 5.13 gears I just wish they had something deeper than 5.13 gears for those of us with 37's, soon to be 40's..... However, the 5.13 gears work incredible with 35's.

Has anyone put a glass-pak on for the exhaust?

I thought about putting one on with a dual out pipes with the chrome tips...one on each side.
