I switched from Gibson to magnaflow, best choice I could gave made. The Gibson was very loud and drone became unbearable after it broke in.

Muffler shop used the nice Gibson dual outs, and installed them on the Magna

that one in all honestly shouldnt be too bad. i have the 49-46218 with the crossover pipe and loop delete pipe. no drone at all and at 70 im lucky to hear anything. if i had to do it again i wouldnt change a thing

I'd go with a Gibbson any day. They sound the dirtiest. My buddy has 4 door and it sounds ridiculous when its in a low gear going downhill.

Out of curiosity, do you have an automatic or stick. I ask because when I am going down the highway at 70, I am sitting at 2500-2700 RPM with an automatic. Makes a difference.

I currently have the DynoMax Evo Competition on, which I really like the sound of driving around town, however at 70 mph goin on the highway, it is pretty loud with quite a bit of drone. Not sure if I can deal with it yet or not, so thinking about AFE.

Also, for those asking about the Dynomax dual exhaust axel back system above, I had that one at one point as well. It is decent in that I liked the dual exhaust look, however it is not much louder than stock. Wasn't for me.

I read this entire thread and there was only one mention of MBRP, and no one mentioned the MBRP offroad exhaust kit. I was looking at the 409 stainless version of their offroad kit.

Is anyone running this one?

I just put one on mine Last night. Looks and fits great. I am still getting used to the sound. I haven't had it on the freeway yet to check for droning.

After reading more forums and talking with some friends, I decided to go with the aFe Power Mach Force XP Hi-Tuck 2.5" Cat-Back Exhaust. Just want to get that big can up and out of the way; not looking for performance gains.

Should have it on in a few weeks; got a couple mods lined up for one big project.
