Finally put on the Element Doors

During our recent vacation in rural Tennessee, the weather finally cooperated enough to put on the front Element doors. We're leaving the full doors on the back to keep the dogs contained - at least for now. That's so much more - well Jeep-ish. Nothing like running at night with everything open.

So far the only issue is that the doors rattle a lot. Maybe Geoff can tell me how to quiet them down. I was thinking some rubber spacers on the rear side of the door opening.

Sweet. I've been thinking about getting some for my TJ with the bags. I think it'll look even better with the back doors on.

We tried it first with the bag on one side and open on the other. Found out that the bag kills just enough wind to keep the shoulder harness from trying to beat you to death at highway speeds.

Looks good. Maybe a little tape on the door latch will help with the rattle.

The best way to defeat the rattle is to turn the stereo up. Seriously it was a bit of an annoyance when I first put the rails on, but I hardly notice it anymore.

Nice, dude- just put mine on the other day- very cool. I HIGHLY recommend the bags- give you a nice padded armrest- Mark W.
