Congrats and Welcome to the forum!!! You do not need 3 or 4.5 lift to run 35 tires. You can purchase the AEV 2.5 with correction bracket for about 1K and install at independent shops are around 3-700 install. The 2.5 is pretty "simple" to install and has everything you need. If you want 35' you would need new wheels or spacers because 35' are wide and stock rubicon tires are narrow. The 2.5 AEV will handle 35' tires.
If you go the Mopar route the "new" 3' is a very complete and robust kit, you wouldn't go wrong if you went that route.
The AEV 4.5" is a great lift but it is overkill for your needs and will require other mods. A 2.5" lift will suffice. It will produce more than 2.5" up front which is enough to run 35" tires on rims with the correct backspacing.
Take a look at the 2.5" lifts from TF, AEV, RK, and MC. If you want to ogo the MOPAR route also consider the MOPAR 2" lift. It's ver y complete, warrantied by Chrysler and gets very good reviews and available from the dealer. Worst case go with the MOPAR 3".

Dumb question: none of the 2.5" lifts I have looked at require or recommend a new drive shaft.
Why does the 2" from Mopar provide one?
Just trying to learn...thanks!
