Pop open your hood. It will be right up top by the passenger wheel well; should be the only black box in there with a 3" diameter tube coming out of it and running over to your throttle body.

Oh yes they can. I'v got a 4.8 chevy block in my back yard that I Hydrolocked. And get this the damned thing crunk up and drove out of the hole I was in..... Now there was a rod hanging out the side of the block and man was she knocking.

The condition you describe is the RESULT of a hydrolock being relieved by a part breaking, not the hydrolock itself. Trust me.... if you are hydrolocked, that engine will NOT turn over....water is an incompressible fluid.

True but it was still a hydrolocked engine that would turn over. The one in the video could have had something along those lines happen to it.

watch all 3 vids again... in one you see rooster tails flying, and in the other two you see splashing, but they lack the big flying water of the first....

the difference is mostly common sense...
