I took a piece of scrap .120 steel I had laying around and cut it to 7" wide x 12-3/4 long to fit up and over the front and rear spring rods. Pushed up into the front and then moved back to rest over both. Then I applied a piece of the "Handymans Secret Weapon" over the plastic seat cushion sleeve and onto the steel at both front and back. Works perfect and was quick and free. Took me at most 20 minutes.

To date, unlimiteds have never had support under the center rear seat. It is a poor design that should have been fixed by now.

Well, we all love to play around in our Jeeps when new, so obviously I had to plop my fat ass in the rear seat. This was one of the first thing I noticed. My initial thought was, "WTF?"

Chrysler, this gets a big .
