I kept a 1" lip around an towards the rear kept almost all the lip to match the bumper line. I chopped the fender lining also with the xacto knife and put a couple screws and ties to keep it in place. Painted rest of expose white with gloss black rust oleum.
I didn't want to use a jig or dremel for year that the paint would chip. Score with the knife then cut through like butter. Also used some auto molding to finish it off and I think it looks fantastic.
Ill be posting better pictures/ updates on the other fenders.
Finished! My father brought a tool from work that the guys use there to cut metal on the military trainers. It's an electric vibration tool, unlike the dremel it didn't melt the plastic and unlike the jigsaw it didn't vibrate the hell out of it BUT it did cut like butter.
