Floor and Cargo Mats

Hi all,

I'm new to these forums and new to Wranglers as well.

I want to replace the wimpy carpet mats in my JK Wrangler unlimited with new floor mats and idealy a cargo mat. I was looking at quadratec floor mats, I found these and think they are farily reasonable:

Front Floor mats

Second Row Floor Mat

I also wantted a cargo mat but can't decide whether to get a mat that is for when the seats are folded down for just a cargo mat that only covers the rear cargo area.

I kinda like this one: Cargo Mat

Anyone have experience with these mats? What happens when you fold the seats up, does the rubber just flop over? Any recommendations?

You can pick up the Mopar ones at your local dealership- they're about the same $, look better, and you don't have to pay $$ for shipping.

As for the cargo mat, get a Rugged Ridge mat- same thing as Q-tec, but you can find them cheaper with much cheaper shipping- Mark W.

I got this one for the rear. I have the mopar slush mats. They are made for the jeep and fit well. They do not have a large lip on the edges and I think that would tend to catch the feet when getting into the jeep. They look pretty nice in the jeep. They weren't that expensive. A good purchase.

I love the Mopar/Jeep OEM slush mats. And they are not a blatant advertisement for Quadratec.

X4 on the Mopar Slush Mats! They fit very well, don't get in the way, and clean easily! I bought mine at my local Dealer for around $40!

Best of Luck!

Cheers!

I've got the Husky Liners in my Unlimited X and love them. Had 'em in previous vehicles also, and they are very durable. I've got the front, back, and cargo liner in the X and all fit great.

Anybody got the cargo liner that fits the entire back with the seats folded? I'm interested in hearing if those are any good.

I got the weathertech ones and they are just ok. They cover well but they are kind of hard. I expected them to be more rubbery. The rear one curls on the ends a bit.

I've had those in previous vehicles... but I was concerned about door removal and lift (and possible departure from the vehicle) at highway speeds. How do they hold up without the doors on?

Sounds like a lot of you like the mopar sluch mats. They don't look like they can contain too much mud but at least they are fairly cheap because you can get the front and back mats for around $70 online plus shipping. Is this a good deal?

I can't remember how much I paid for mine. They work well. I've yet to over-stuff them with slush. I didn't like the looks of the 2 inch lip for fear of always catching my foot on it getting in and out. Mostly getting in pulling on the mat.

I just installed a complete set of rugged ridge mats in my 2dr rubi last night. All four fit very well. Only time will tell the tale now.

All Things Jeep - MOPAR® Jeep Front Slush Mats with Tire Tread Pattern for 07-09 Jeep® Wrangler JK

Those is where its all at. If you have an Unlimited, they have a matching back row mat. Wont fit in the 2dr though.

I just got those mats for my jeep a few days ago, they are pretty nice!
