floor pan factory flaw

So I was vacuuming all the sand and salt out of my jeep today and when I took out the floor mats the drivers side rug felt slightly damp. I pulled out the rug and found it was wet underneath. I was thinking this was coming in from the drain plugs I pulled one out - right on the money. There is a wave in the metal around the drain plug hole causing the plug not to seat and let water in. My Jeep could be one in a million but thats just another way your rugs could be getting wet.
