Floorboard thump/clunk after lift install?

Noticed something strange last weekend on our way to the beach. I installed a TF 2.5" lift with Rancho shocks 2 weekends ago. I know I have an alignment issue (Rancho control arm brackets will correct) and before I installed my front track bar last night the axle was shifted about an inch towards the passenger side (centered now).

Driving this past weekend I noticed a thump under the drivers floorboard that at times was big enough that passengers felt it. It only happened at highway speeds 45+ mph. I even pulled over once to check and make sure something wasn't wrong, but couldn't see anything obvious.

I really have no clue what would cause this... thinking back to the lift install, there aren't that many pieces that came off or were touched. I'm thinking loosen each of those bolts, give the Jeep a good shake and retighen/retorque? Anything else to look for? Just want to make sure if I'm under there that I've looked at everything I need to before putting it back on the highway.

Any ideas as to what this could be?

I went back through most of the front end a couple weeks ago and loosened every control arm bolt (to install Rancho brackets) and installed an adjustable track bar so the axle is centered. New Grade 8 bolts under the front end also. Everything was torqued back to spec with the Jeep sitting on the ground. Noticed the same bumping in the floor board yesterday at about 60mph.

Scratching my head on this one, but I've got about a 200 mile interstate trip coming up and want to make sure everything is the way it should be...

Can you tell us more about the thump? One thump or multiple? Rhythmic? When you hit a bump? Under acceleration? Coast? Braking?

With some additional info hopefully someone will be able to narrow it down for you!

Multiple thumps, only at highway speeds. Wouldn't say it's really rythmic, but it happens frequently going down the road. Not an audible thump but I feel it under my left foot on the floorboard when driving.

It's really hard to explain because all I feel is the thump. I'm hoping it's just the inner fender liner. I trimmed my front air dam and now that it's lifted it looks like the liner rests right on top of the frame on the driver side...so maybe it's popping on/off of the frame and making the thump?
