Forward tilt seats, my 2010 has them

So I've been reading a lot about how people wish their JK had forward tilt seats. So I took a picture of the seats in my 2010 2-door.

Although not pictured in mine, my seat has the same exact lever as the 2011's have. However, my driver's seat does not have the dual-handle tilt lever, but it also tilts forward.

All I do is pull the handle back enough to release the catch mechanism and it tilts forward.

Maybe it's just that the older 07-09 don't have them?

07-09 has the same thing. Supposedly the '11 has the kind like previous models where not just the back tilts and the seat slides, but actually lifts up. The whole seat, not just the back, lifts and tilts forward.

It's about time they went back to the fold and tumble.... That's one thing that truly makes my TJ more comfortable than the JK....

The ass thing about JK is how these things cannot remember the setting. Basically all the lever does is changing the setting to full forward. Therefore, every time my daughter enters or exits, wife has to readjust her seat. This is worse than stone age. My 2D Neon had that working in 1996, and it's also a Chrysler. The seat should flop forward, then return as it was before. Honestly, how hard can it be? A $10k econobox does it right and $30k Jeep does not?

I miss that one feature in my 1997 TJ. My sits would tilt and then tumble forward. My 2002 doesn't have that, but it may be because it has the Apex edition seats...not sure. That tiny bit of forward tilt makes a HUGE difference for getting in/out of the back seat.

Hay if you don't like it then sell the jeep, and get some thing like a (10K econobox) I am sure some can deal with it. I do and I have two kids that sit in the back. ages 3 years and 4 months. yes they could have done them diff but did not.
