Frakked up service

Took my jeep in 2 weekz ago for water leak issue.they fix that & ended up scratching my hood, cowl, outer lower a-pillars & the window frame. Came today to get it & found that the paint job was done poorly & they ended up scratching more. Wtf! So be angry!

That sucks. That's why if you want it done right you gotta do it yourself. Are there any other places you can take it to in the future near you?

Who is this "they" and what city are they in so we know not to go the them and get "they" service.

Sucks though sorry to hear. Got a new seat from my dealer when I found a giant black greasy hand print on my brand new grey drivers seat bolster after my very first service.
They ALMOST had the balls to deny it.

All you can do it bring it back and have them keep doing it over and over until they get it right. Contact the regional rep if you need to.

I'm an ok at best wrench turner, but I prefer to try to do as much of the work as I can myself. It might take me a bit longer, and I may invent new swear words, but at least I know that the works been done right.

I'm with you on fixing your own vehicle. But since I have warranty I'm letting them do it to I don't have it anymore!

Yeah they're going to fix it and just waiting on bumper to come in, and they have a loaner for me while it's in there but still.

No they never tried to deny it, and i have pictures anyhow of where i parked it at 6am before they opened just in case it got stolen because someone fished my keys back out of the drop box. Always take pictures before you give it to them
