Frameless soft top

Hi guys, I am thinking about purchasing a "trek-top, by best top. Part# 56805-35". Wondering if the frameless soft tops start to sag when raining hard, which might cause them to leak? also have heard they are not very tight fitting as well? I am driving a 2011 JKU sport. I live in canada, so dont wanna spend the $$, only to find out it was a total waste and have to spend more $$ to send back. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

I have a trektop NX for my JKU.. it's definitely not super tight fitting, but I don't expect rain to come in much (if at all) when it rains hard while I'm driving... while parked may be different though.

As for sagging, it has some arches above the front seats and rear seats that are supposed to help prevent this.. My jeep literally hasn't seen rain yet, so I can't confirm how well it works, but that's what they're designed for at least.

Thanks wizawuza, this helps out quite a bit. I was just asking a friend of a friend, who has the trektop and he has said that it pools a bit when parked and that just have to becareful not to get soaked when opening the door.
-Sonar Keeper: if you get one, let me know how it is and vice versa.

also wizawuza, forgot to ask you, since the soft top isn't overly tight, is there a lot of wind noise? As I do a lot of highway/back roads driving to get to work.

My trektop top leaks in the Summer but not in the winter. Wonder if I shouldn't leave the windows out all Summer?

Yes they sag a little but thats because they are frameless but they have a support rail in front to help but I leave mine out most of the summer as to open the sunrider for a more clear view. But when I put all the windows in and supports, It is sealed very well. Never had a leak at all.

Thanks ric1997. Most likely gonna go ahead with my purchase. I have the hard top for winter, as it does get a very chilly
-40 Celsius up here.

What's the difference from the trek and the trek nx? Is it just the sunrider?

My friend bought one and said it was junk and sent it back within 3 days. He didnt like how loose it was and how much more noisy than a reg. top.

I have a trektop nx on a jku and its very tight, it was a pita to install because it was so tight. No leaks or pooling that I noticed, haven't had the doors on for a month though. Instructions weren't that good, other than that I'm very impressed with it

Mine leaked maybe once but since its been water tight, lot of it has to do with installing it in 80+ degree and sunny weather and letting it "bake" to a good fit. Personally I find it quiet except with the sunrider open, its even quite with the rear quarters and rear window out. Of course its awsomeness could just be louder then the wind.
