Freedom Hardtop / Sunrider Softtop

How fast am I supposed to drive with the 2 front panels of the freedom top removed? Is there a problem to get on the highway?

Having a problem with the dual tops...using the softtop now but don't have enough storage room at home (i live in an apt) so thinking about selling one of the two. considering the long winter season here, will probably keep the hard top. but still wanna be able to have some sun in summer time. Is it easy to sell the softtop btw?

I've got mine set up on two two by fours in the back yard. You got a brother or sister with a back yard? Or could be a good reason to rent one of those storage places and put all your other stuff that is cluttering that apartment in there too. Just a couple of thoughts on the problem. Hope it helps. I like having both tops.

Sell the soft top! Keep the hard, "no question about it!"

As far as the Hard top and the speed, I take mine to the lake quite often an run about 65 70 consistently with the front off. Windows aren't supposed to pop out, but have heard of it happening.

I'm not sure what windows come out but, have heard of it before. I think if you do a search on WF you'll find something about it....

Hey h2otoo, Thanks...And to comment on that quickly, I don't have an issue with the top itself, I just believe they could do some better engineering to make easier to pull down and less of a hassle.....my Benz rolls down without taken out the windows and all that messin around.

And I remember my rag top (Sun Roof) VW bug, that was a fun ride, too, and easy to use.
