so this weekend I had some time and picked up the 9/16 Grade 8 bolts from lowes and torqed them to 125 lbs. I was surprised as to how much play the 14mm bolts had. I have not yet taken it on the freeway but I have tried inducing a wobble on the back roads.

while I have not yet been able to induce the wobble, I was able to get a shimmy. IM really trying hard to regain my confidence behind the wheel here but its not easy. My wife makes fun of my death grip on the steering wheel.

Ive been hit with 2 IED's in the past and yet, the fear I have of the DW surpasses this. lol.

Some of us have aftermarket driveshafts and run less than stock caster or will have driveshaft vibes......

We dont have death wobble...

I dont understand how you guys can use stock driveshafts but....mine lasted less than 25k miles....

I was scared of freeeways for a long time after my deathwobble problems.

If you have a dw and need to get home you can air down the passenger side tire somewhat just to get home...

My deathwobble broke a control arm mount off my frame also...
