This is from under an "09 with 30k miles. Only the drive shaft front and rear and front brake calipers have been affected..everything else is nice...any ideas??

they all look like that...my '11 looked that way after less than 1k miles. I don't believe the rust hurts it, other than visually. Rustoleum spray reformer works to neutralize rust, but I would not want to be the one to recommend using that on a balanced drive shaft. Maybe others could comment on that.

Do not spray reformer or protectant on your drive shafts or brakes. You can use it on your axles, sway bars, control arms, frame, track bar.

Um, it's rust? Seriously, who cares? If it really bugs you, spray some oil on it.

its actually act a protective coating believe it or not. The rust will not eat through if that is what you are worried about.

Everything thing else is coated in something or is not steel (has iron in it) take a screw driver and scrape the axle housing and see how fast it rusts up
