Front Bumper with Receiver

Want to have a 2" receiver on the front of my JK. I am trying to decide between a hitch with the standard bumper or an aftermarket bumper with a built in receiver.

If I go with an aftermarket bumper I am looking for something simple. I just want a receiver and mounts for my factory fog lights. Any recommendations?

I've had an Olympic Rock Bumper for about five years. Originally put it on my '08, then moved it over to my '13 JK. It's not fancy, but it has the built- in receiver and cut-outs for fog lights. Price was reasonable, and it has held up well to all the road salt they use here in western NY.

Do you mind posting a pic of this bumper on your Jeep?

I'm not computer savvy enough to post pictures, but Quadratec and 4wd Hardware both have good pictures and descriptions. Installation takes about 15 minutes once you get the mostly plastic stocker off. On my 2013 I relocated the vacuum pump under the hood with the OR-FAB kit. It didn't interfere with the bumper, but it looked pretty exposed to the elements with all the plastic removed.

I put the Olympic Rock Bumper on my 12 JKR about 8 months ago and it is working good. I use the recei er for my tow point. I am ready to mount the winch on the bumper soon. I highly recommend this bumper and it has the classic jeep look I wanted plus the price is right and it is not extremely heavy.

It's your lucky day, I was just posting my olympic rock bumper to another thread.

I love it.

It comes with bolts so you can install it without the tow hooks, but I wanted the hooks for utility.

Check out the Ranch Hand website. They have a pretty cool black diamond plate front bumper for the JK with a built in receiver. I'm seriously considering it. The front receiver is a prerequisite for my front bumper as well and I like the way this one looks.
