Full Metal Jacket vs Line-X

Hey all, got a question concerning the front Grille. I recently acquired a take-off Grille from a local dealer for $25.00, no damage and all clips are in place.
Since I have an extra Grille now, I am thinking of covering it in one of three options:
1) Line-X
2) Full Metal Jacket
3) Plasti-Dip
Originally was thinking Line-X (Phone Quote for $100-$200), through a friend found a Full Metal Jacket sprayer that will do it for $50.00. Plasti-Dip I know would be the quick and cheap method.
My questions are, has any one used Full Metal Jacket before to line their grille, if so what pro's and con's do you have? If you have used Full Metal Jacket before, do you wish you had gone the Line-X route instead?
Currently I am weeding my way through the Plasti-Dip forum page to gain pro's and con's for Plasti-Dip, but have not been finding much on Full Metal Jacket vs Line-X, so I figured I would ask. Thanks for in advance for your replies/thoughts.

I'm no help on this issue, but geez Line-X is some expensive stuff. I'm getting my new JCR sliders coated with it and it's $250! They must add gold flakes and unicorn tears to that stuff.

I'd be interested in hearing about this FMJ stuff. The name sounds cool. lol

I like the look of the FMJ, but Plasti-Dip would be the cheaper and probably quickest way and if it starts to come off then just get it lined

Do you have Gatorhyde in your area? Worth a call to quote - make sure they know the grill is not on the Jeep, or they may think they have to tape it off and prep more.
