Full-width Bumper Options + Canadian Vendors??

So my Gecko Green JKUR is on order...
I think the first thing I want change to make it mine, is a front bumper. Because there will just be tons of Gecko Jeeps, right?

I am new to the Jeep world, but feel like I'm getting pulled in a little quick. Uh oh?

This will be my DD, but it will get to play in the dirt and do a little towing. I don't forsee rock crawling in a hurry.

I've narrowed it down to three choices, and all but one seems pretty popular here. I guess I'll need a winch soon after too.

Rampage Full Recovery -$500 USD Looks good, price is good. Why is the price so damn good on these?
Warn Elite Series - $700 USD
Rugged Ridge XHD - $700USD+ depending on which pieces you want.

I think the Rampage is the only one that doesn't need the pump relocated? These are all pretty much un-bolt the old, bolt up the new?

Anyways, I think my biggest problem is finding a vendor up here that stocks a few options. Any suggestions?

Thanks guys.
I see the Warn @ national4wd for $943.
I feel like if I'm going to end up spending that much, I may go for the full width LOD. Can anyone suggest one over another from this list?

I'm set on a full width bumper, but how important is it that it cover the full tire width here? I seem to find conflicting information about this. (I'm in Ontario)
