FYI....Trimmed Pinch Seam is already done at the Factory....

FYI....Trimmed Pinch Seam is already done at the Factory.... That is right. The newer 2013's have trimmed pinch seams from Jeep.

Interesting, I saw a '13 AEV w/trimmed seams, I never gave a thought to check the stocks ones(at the dealer).

I always am impressed when a manufacturer pays attention to the consumers and what they're changing, too bad I bought an early 13....

I wonder if they also shortened the Rubi sliders? The sliders end at the pinch seam and usually need to be trimmed back also. Trimming mine is on my to-do list.

I wonder if they have plans to build a wrangler with 35's from the factory. That's the only reason I can see them putting in the effort to change this.

We just picked up our 13, 2 days ago. It was put together about 3 weeks ago at Jeep. NO...... the Rubi rails are NOT cut shorter......still full length and past the factory cut pinch seams........No biggie, nothing a saw cannot fix.

Yea, it only took 7 years.......the diesel is slated for 2040...they'll call that the JO...
