Gear ratio (carrier) cutoff

What's up guys I have read a few threads and it seems there isn't a definite answer anywhere.

I just put 33's on my 2013 jk 6 speed worth 3.21 I would like to move up to 4.10 but I'm not sure if ill need new carriers for the d30 or d44

Could anyone provide any info? All will be appreciated

I would love to do lockers but this is my daily and first new vehicle I can't really afford that so if I need carriers I will have to buy open ones -__-

I believe that the carrier cut off for both axles is 3.73.
