Anyone know where I can buy some gecko green grab handles? Been looking for awhile and no luck.

Look below at what hbgirl said... (she said it way better than me) Plus, they are made right here in the USA! Here's their website: SurpriseStraps.com - Manufacturing and selling Custom Paracord Grab Handles for Jeeps

The front handles bolt on near the windshield and strap around the rollbar, and the rear handles bolt into the soundbar. I have them as well, they're pretty sturdy. He's very responsive if you have questions. Ordering is done through his FB page, and there's tons of pics to see examples.

Here is the ones I made for my jk. Took about 15 mins to make after learning how to do the weave. I made them out of rope and paracord. Cost was under $20. And I have plenty of rope left to make many more. You can go online and find any color paracord you want.

I made these ones from paracord and 1" buckles. I'm planning to post a how-to in the near future if anyone is interested.

I made my own as well. I used the guide from this post:

Paracord Grab handles ~ how to make your own.

Instead of using the D-Rings, I just followed the cord lengths for the wrap around parts and didnt trim them. This way i can just tie them and remove/move them as I wanted. Made a set for both the wifes dozer and my gecko. If you buy your materials to make your own, safety green matches almost exactly.

(The rear handle looks closer to what the real color is. It reflects the flash brighter in the front one)

I based mine on those instructions as well, except I used nylon buckles instead of the D-rings, and I made mine with solid colors, rather than two-toned. Also, I did a king cobra weave on the handle portion, to make it a little more substantial in your hand.

You also need to make the cores for the side pieces that wrap around the roll bar a little longer to fit a JK. For my JKU, I found that they needed to be 37" for the front, and 41" for the rear. Total cord for each handle is as follows...

2 pieces either 37" (front) or 41" rear for rollbar strap cores.
1 piece 50" for handle core.
2 pieces 120" for rollbar strap wrap.
1 piece 120" for handle wrap
1 piece 130" for second handle wrap (king cobra)

if you want the two toned look for the wraps, you need to have 1 60" piece of each color melted together to make the 120" lengths.

Here are the cores with the buckles attached.

Wrap done on sides, and first wrap done on handle.

Detail shot of second wrap on handle.

Finished!
